We will keep the shop open for you from 6-8 and give you a private shopping experience with complimentary prosecco, styling services, and a good time! Add-ons available!

To book, call the shop at 716-860-2853. If the shop is not open, please give 24 hours for the owner to get back to you. The party must be booked 7 days in advance! See the rest of the details below!
Requirements and Details
$25 non-refundable deposit upon booking. $50 fee due day of event upon arrival. Cancelation details and host reward details below!
Covers:
- 1Exclusive access to the shop from 6-8pm
- 2Two bottles of complimentary prosecco
- 3Host/Group can bring snacks or other drinks to share
- 4Styling assistance available
- 510% off the whole store (does not apply to sale items)
Requirements:
- 110 guests minimum | 30 guests maximum
- 2Headcount provided 48 hours in advance
- 3$75 event fee: $25 non-refundable deposit upon booking at least 7 days prior to event | $50 due day of event upon arrival
- 4Must be respectful of the space: honor the stores organization, respect the staff, etc.
Host deal opportunities:
- 1$25 in store credit if guests spend over $350
- 2$50 in store credit if guests spend over $600
Cancellation:
- 1$25 non-refundable deposit upon booking
- 2$25 booking fee can be transferred to a new event date if notice given 48 hours in advance
- 3Deposit refunded if owner has to cancel
Add-On Services:
- 1Themed Dress Up Event: each guest arrives as the theme and the winner with the best fit gets to use $10 in store credit: $5
- 2Custom curated rack pre-pulled: $25
- 3Complimentary Tote and Sticker for each person $3 per person in attendance
- 4Extra prosecco: $15 per bottle
- 5Need more time? Add $10 per hour extended (time under an hour is still billed $10)

I am Holly Kirchmeyer. I am following in my grandmother, Marian Marso's, footsteps and being a shop owner just like she was. October House Vintage was named after her business, October House Antiques, because I share the same love for vintage and antique items like she did.
