Please love your items for we do not accept returns

We ask that you please shop responsibly and be sure you love the item you are purchasing because we do not accept returns. Once your item is purchased, that amount gets funded to the consignor which we can not get back. If you do not love your item after purchase we suggest you attempt to consign it back with us if it was on the floor for only a short amount of time. You can always gift the item to a family member or friend as well! Let's keep these items in circulation and save the earth one garment at a time! We hope you understand!

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We carefully inspect each product before we sell it in our shop to ensure quality and take note in the product description of any imperfections. On the off chance you receive a damaged/defective item (not noted in product description), we ask you to provide photos to send via email.

Normal wear and tear is considered "damage" and not defective, including but not limited to trying on garments that are too small therefore damaging/straining garment seams, stains from makeup, and torn seams/rips from trying on will not be accepted as they cannot be resold. Our garments go through a rigorous inspection when we receive them from our vendors (we check every single piece for flaws!)
